STR's extensive R&D program has produced the exceptional and award-winning StarCaster® Text-To-Speech System. The StarCaster® Text-To-Speech System is a vocabulary-based Text-To-Speech (TTS) System that produces studio-quality voice output for automated broadcast systems.
